What is the safest, cheapest, best way to travel to Manhattan from Newark International Airport?
How much would a taxi cost? Is there a train station nearby, or a bus?How much would this transport cost??? I'm also traveling in early January if that makes a difference.

When you arrive in Newark and get your bags, look for signs for the AirTrain. This is a free monorail that takes you to the Airport Train Station. This goes between terminals and takes just a few minutes. At that station, purchase a ticket for New York Penn Station. It will be $15.00. Take NJTransit train to Manhattan. This train ride will take about a half hour. The only tricky part is that Newark Penn Station is the next stop after the airport. Many people get confused by this and get off thinking they are in Manhattan. New York Penn Station is the end of the line.

My friend, take NJ Transit from Newark-Liberty Airport to New York Penn Station. The fare is $15, which includes a $5.50 fare to ride the Airtrain from the train station to the airport. Good luck
